We consider the whole child
Some kids need to go slowly. Some shut down when they're corrected. Some need to laugh first. We pay attention to all of it, because it changes how we teach each student.
OUR APPROACH
Clubhouse was built on a simple idea: your child deserves to feel valued, and to be taught in a way that actually moves them forward.

I've spent years watching kids do things they were sure they couldn't.
In the woods, as a Forest School teacher, it was building fires, handling sharp knives and climbing trees they swore were too tall. Now it's a story they were ready to give up on.
I started Clubhouse because I was tired of watching struggling readers inch along with traditional methods. EBLI and Speech-to-Print changed what I thought was possible, and what our students achieved.
The method matters, but so does the person teaching it. You'll see us cheering our students on every step of the way, because every child deserves a mentor who believes in them.
Thank you for being here, and for seeking help for your child.
With kindness,
Cristina

What guides us
Care shapes every part of how we teach, and we've learned that good teaching isn't complicated. It does take attention, though. Here's where ours goes.
Some kids need to go slowly. Some shut down when they're corrected. Some need to laugh first. We pay attention to all of it, because it changes how we teach each student.
Reading research keeps moving forward, and so do we. Our instruction is grounded in the Science of Reading, and we keep training so it stays current.
Every educator brings something different to the table. Our team shares ideas and perspectives, and with a Registered Psychotherapist on staff, we can better understand when anxiety, stress, or emotional needs may be getting in the way of learning.
Our dedicated professionals are committed to your learner's success.
