TIER 3 LITERACY AND MATH INSTRUCTION
Your teachers teach the class. We teach the students who need more.
Online one-to-one literacy and math intervention for K-12 students who haven't responded to classroom instruction or existing intervention.
INTENSITY THAT MATCHES THE NEED
Extend student support without stretching your team.
PARTNERSHIP OPTIONS
Start with one student or a full caseload.
Some schools refer a handful of students. Others fill a standing intervention block. We scope each partnership around the students you send us and the goals your team sets.
Literacy intervention
Structured literacy instruction using a speech-to-print approach. We work across phonemic awareness, decoding, spelling, and fluency, with goals drawn from the student's IEP or your team's targets.
Math intervention
Explicit instruction that starts with the foundational gaps underneath grade-level work and builds forward from there, in step with your school's math program.
Academic enrichment
Instruction beyond grade level for gifted learners in literacy or math.
How we work together
Referral
Start with a 20-minute call. Tell us which students you're considering and share their areas of need, intervention history, or IEP goals.
Baseline and goals
Before instruction starts, we assess each literacy student against national norms and set goals with your team.
Instruction and reporting
Your team and each student's family receive a report every week, and we adjust the plan as the data comes in.
THE LOGISTICS
A partnership that fits your school day.
Delivery and scheduling
Sessions run online and begin on the hour. Before instruction starts, we map them to your bell schedule and agree on attendance expectations, technology, and a point of contact on each side.
Review and escalation
We set review points with your team at the start. If attendance slips or a student stops responding to instruction, we raise it with you right away.
Privacy and safeguarding
We work within your school's privacy and consent requirements and settle data handling before you refer a single student. Every specialist holds a current vulnerable sector check.
Pilot partnerships
Many schools start with a few students for one semester. Both teams get to confirm the fit before anyone talks about expanding.
NEXT STEPS
Let's talk about your Tier 3 students.
Most schools come to the first call with two or three students in mind. By the end of it, you'll know what instruction could look like for each one.

Public, private, charter, and independent schools across the US, from kindergarten through grade 12.
Day to day, no. We have specialists across time zones, and we build schedules around your bell times. Every specialist holds a current vulnerable sector check.
Yes. Most of our caseload starts well below grade-level expectations, and weekly progress monitoring shows your team whether each student is responding.
We add Tier 3 intensity alongside classroom instruction and any Tier 2 support you already run. Your MTSS team can bring our weekly data straight into problem-solving meetings.
They'll need a device, a document camera, a headset with a microphone, a dry-erase board and markers, and a quiet space to work.
We charge per session and invoice monthly.
